May Tejada
May Tejada is an art educator at Bloomfield High School, NJ. She received a bachelor’s degree in Jewelry and Metals from (NJCU) New Jersey City University. May is currently working towards her master’s degree in art education from (AOEU) The Art of Education University. She teaches adult workshops at local community centers. May is an artist-in-residence during the summer at Peters Valley School of Craft. She also creates scenery and props for her local churches. She enjoys exploring new art techniques and mediums to bring back to her students. She also enjoys taking photos in her free time.
