We will make our own sketchbooks and then draw in them, creating a journal of our days. Anything is fair game, from local plants, buildings, animals, and scenes, to the activities in other workshops, food, ideas, dreams, people doing interesting things. We will use many different media to create a dynamic record of our lives. You don’t have to be an expert at drawing, just approach it with curiosity and enthusiasm.
Workshops run from 9:00am to 5:00pm each day

Amy has been sketching since she could hold a pencil. Her 100+ sketchbooks have traveled with her through architecture school, workshops in other crafts, trips, concerts, designs, all her life’s events. She teaches drawing and furniture design at Lehigh University, where she draws her fellow faculty in meetings. At home, her husband and cute dogs also know how to strike a pose.
