Details Fee Breakdown:
Tuition: $615

Dive deep into the felting world. Working with high quality fibers and textiles, you will explore traditional wool-on-wool felting and Nuno felting, giving you a solid understanding of the medium. You will create a Nuno felted scarf while focusing on color theory, texture, and design. You will then move into 3D felting by using a pattern or resist to create a felted cowl. This will prepare you to create a tunic. You will also spend time making Nuno felted yardage that can be used for cut and sew and creating free-form Nuno felted shapes. If you’re an experienced felter, Shannah will work with you to advance your skills.

She has a darker sensibility with appreciation for avante garde construction. Her work has been featured in Fashion Magazines and publications.
