Do you struggle to find time to be creative? In this workshop, we will use simple exercises to help carve out 10-15 minutes in your day to develop routines that you can do alone, with a loved one, and/or with your children. Take that unfinished project or that idea that you have thought about for years and let’s start to make a plan of how to finish. Learn how to make a feasible timeline, how to write a statement, and integrate mindfulness in the creative sphere. Craft relief is a personal journey with a supportive community during these unprecedented times.

This class will be conducted live on Zoom. Participants will receive an email from Peters Valley at least 48 hours prior that includes a link and a password. Only registered participants will be admitted.
