Reed Peck-Kriss

Reed Peck-Kriss is a sculptural and architectural blacksmith, and the Large Metals/Sculpture Manager and Technician at the Pratt Fine Arts Center, in seattle. Born and raised in the Bay Area in California, he spent several years as one of the residents at the Metal Museum, in Memphis, before traveling the country as a journeyman blacksmith for several years. Reed sees his sculptural and architectural practices as being inseparable parts of the same whole, both being centrally concerned with explorations of form, line, connection, and space.
