Hailing from the south side of Chicago, Rebekka Federle-McCabe is an internationally-shown collage artist who started her practice in 2009. She has traveled extensively and collects materials for her work in each new city she moves to and visits, scouring junk shops and alleyways from Berlin to Kansas City. She approaches collage as a craft medium and with an archivist’s hand.
