Hannah Oatman is a craftsperson based in Providence, RI. She fell in love with jewelry while attending Pratt Institute, and holds a BFA in Metal from SUNY New Paltz and an MFA in Jewelry & Metalsmithing from the Rhode Island School of Design. She spends her time immersed in her craft practices–including textile repair, jewelry, gardening, baking, and home renovations–and believes heartily that craft has the ability to make the world more connected, more beautiful, and more sustainable.
