Gail Kendall

Gail Kendall has been working seriously with clay since 1968. In the late 80’s she changed the content of her ceramics from “contemporary vessels” to “strictly functional utilitarian pottery. Gail retired from a professorship at University of Nebraska Lincoln in 2011. She moves through various hand works each day: clay studio, cooking, knitting. Her hands and eyes are her favorite body parts.
