Elizabeth Tokoly an art jeweler and educator from Jersey City, NJ. Elizabeth’s artistic approach is based on geometry found in nature. Bold, simple, geometric Art Jewelry with an eclectic edge: inspired by the raw beauty of nature, sacred geometry, simplicity, and patterns. Elizabeth uses techniques such as forging, forming, replicating, growing and simplifying forms to create intricate designs. Her pieces use simple lines, primary shapes and structures in which the growth of these forms create original and unique pieces of wearable art. Elizabeth is a graduate from Cranbrook Academy of Art in Michigan. She is the founder of EatMetal Art Jewelry Gallery and Metals Studio. Her work exhibits nationally. Elizabeth is an educator at Fairleigh Dickenson University and The Art School of Old Church. She conducts workshops yearly at various Craft Schools. She was a featured designer in NYFW 2022. Elizabeth is published in numerous jewelry books and magazines such as MJSA, Metalsmith, British Vogue, Harper Bazaar, Harpers Bazaar Thailand, 500 Earrings, Elle, and Lapidary Journal. Elizabeth’s Japanese Hexagonal Collar is on the cover of Chain Mail Jewelry Contemporary Designs from Classic Techniques, with over 1200 jump rings making up her design.
