Saws & Solder: Intro to Jewelry

Come explore the fundamental skills of metalsmithing and jewelry making. We will work with copper, brass, sterling silver, and found objects to create stunning, unique pieces of jewelry.

Techniques covered will include sawing and piercing, drilling holes, riveting, annealing, soldering, texturing, patinas, bezel and tab setting, and more. You can expect to leave with 3-5 pieces of completed jewelry. This course is designed for those with no jewelry experience, however if you have prior experience this class will help you refresh and expand on those skills. Beginner and Beyond
