Join us for an immersive hands-on workshop! Whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned artist, there is something for everyone! Workshops in blacksmithing, ceramics, fibers & textiles, jewelry & fine metals, printmaking, painting & drawing, fused glass, woodworking and so much more will be offered here on our beautiful campus in Northwest New Jersey.

Tuesday evenings in September & October

Our online demonstration series is back for the fall! Join us Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:00pm as our featured workshop instructors share their knowledge and craft processes. 

These demonstrations are conducted live on zoom, with a Q & A session at the conclusion. Pre-registration is required and each cost $25.

August 16-September 12, 2026

This exhibition presents a collection of black-and-white photographs created over the course of twenty-five years exploring the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Through these carefully observed images, Kiersten offers a deeply personal portrait of the landscape, revealing its natural beauty, rich history, diverse wildlife, and enduring sense of place.

September 19 - October 25, 2026

2026 will mark the 90th Anniversary of the WPA Poster Division of the Federal Art Project - one of the most remarkable efforts in our country's history that gave artists jobs that worked for the public good. These posters weren't just eye-catching, they were public service tools that promoted everything from public health and safety to education, national parks, the arts-and even hope-during some of the hardest times in the U.S.

This exhibition in the Sally D. Francisco Gallery at Peters Valley will feature original posters made by Federal Project artists between 1936-1943 along with archival reproductions of posters that are no longer thought to exist in print. Opening reception September 19 from 4:00-6:00pm

Our New Satellite Campus in Pike County, PA

Peters Valley is embarking on an exciting new chapter: the development of a dedicated satellite campus across the river in Dingmans Ferry, PA. In addition to our current campus in Layton, NJ, this new campus will serve more students, host year-round programs and deepen our impact on local communities and the national craft ecosystem.

Peters Valley is NOT leaving the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area Campus! We will continue to offer immersive workshops and residencies at that location.
